About Clare Baggaley
Clare Baggaley, the visionary founder and creative director of The Book Makers, is a seasoned professional in the realm of book publishing. With a career spanning over two decades, she has honed her craft as a Creative Director, Art Director, and Book Designer across prestigious international co-edition publishing houses such as Harper Collins, Bloomsbury, Dorling Kindersley, Carlton, and Quarto Publishing. Clare's talents have also been sought after by distinguished clients like Bloomsbury, Pan Macmillan, Wonderbly, Harper Collins, Welbeck, The London Eye, Orbis (The Flying Eye Hospital), Thame Town Music Festival, and Trident Press/National Media Unit of the UAE.

Throughout her career, Clare has had the privilege of collaborating with a plethora of global brands and institutions, including The Met New York, Harry Potter, HBO's Game of Thrones, London 2012, Rugby World Cup, Liverpool FC, Manchester United, Arsenal, FIFA, BBC, RHS, Liberty, Ogilvy, Queen, The Warhol Foundation, Liberty, National Gallery, London Eye, Good Housekeeping, Disney, Fox, Dreamworks, AMNH, NHM, Science Museum, IWM, Trolls World Tour, and many others.

Beyond her design prowess, Clare is an innovator, consistently generating unique intellectual property ideas, with a particular emphasis on paper engineering and novelty. She has also conceived captivating book concepts and series for various clients, demonstrating her ability to create, manage, and establish new lists and divisions within publishing companies.

In a recent milestone, Clare collaborated with the exceptionally talented Patricia Moffett to co-author the book, "Wall Art," published by Schiffer Publishing in the US. This book empowers readers to transform their living spaces with creative and distinctive projects, offering easy-to-follow step-by-steps to personalize their surroundings.
